Fine views from the Double Room with View made mornings lovely. The steep stairs can be quite a workout.

Everything was exceptional, with amicable staff, exceeded high expectations. Marvellous location, we were very close to centre of the city. There's nothing too much trouble, had an excellent stay on holidays.

The hotel is gorgeous and clean, nestled in a really nice boutique building with fantastic view over the city and out to sea.

The culinary delights nearby were a dream! I savored mouthwatering dishes at Lady Pi Pi, a stone's throw from the villa, and definitely got my fill of fresh seafood. Plus, the amazing view from my Double Room with View, overlooking Lokrum Island. Ivana's hospitality was the cherry on top, she was always there with a smile and great local tips!

Sure, those steep stairs had me panting a bit upon arrival, but after a quick chat with Ivana, I mastered the ascent. Just a heads up, some restaurants hit the wallet a bit hard, especially if drink prices aren't on the menu, I found out the hard way with a €7 coke!

Immaculate and well-furnished rooms with fine views.

I found navigating the steep stairs to be quite a challenge, especially with my luggage. It was a hot day. The room was a bit smaller than expected, and I struggled to store all my belongings due to limited space.

The fine view of the old town from my room was jaw-dropping 🌅 The shower had great pressure and the location was super convenient. Just be ready for some stairs with your luggage.

this place is a real gem in the heart of dubrovnik's old town, with super clean rooms and a cute host who provides fantastic local tips for quick walks to nearby attractions like the iconic city walls and charming restaurants.

The location was unbeatable, just next door to Stradun and all museums in the center of the old city, as well as near the cable car and buses. the room had a great view and a newly refurbished bathroom, and was well-equipped and well presented. the service was exceptional, and I had a good night's sleep.
